Cashew Ginger Veggie Soup Recipe

There might not be any left overs with this awesome vegetable soup! You will need:
Cashew Ginger (Organic Soup Base) Available at health-food stores
Potatoes
Carrots
Onion
Garlic
Broccoli
Cashews
Celery
Lentils
Kale
Chop potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, broccoli, celery and add them to the pot, with your Cashew Ginger soup base... Add in 1 cup of lentils and cook on high (stirring occasionally). Add the kale and cashews when the rest of the vegetables are softening up! When the potatoes and carrots are easily pierced with a fork, the soup is ready to enjoy!
