Colorful Parfait Recipe

30 minutes

Blend each layer ~ 

Bottom layer: 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup coconut yogurt, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 3 drops chlorophyll, tsp vanilla extract 

Middle layer: 1/4 cup frozen raspberries and blueberries, 1/4 cup coconut yogurt 

Top layer: 1/4 cup frozen mango's, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 drops turmeric <3 

Let sit in freezer for 30 minutes and enjoy :) (optional)
